The Bank of Charles Town offers a mobile banking application that is optimized for IOS devices and Wear OS. This application provides a variety of features for consumers, including the ability to review account balances and transactions, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, view copies of cleared checks, and locate surcharge-free ATMs and BCT branches.

For select business clients, additional features are available, such as providing approvals for ACH and Wire Transfers, and mobile deposit for approved clients.

BCT Mobile Banking prioritizes the safety and security of its users. It utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure secure communication through all mobile devices.

To access this application, enrollment in online banking is required. Though there is no charge from BCT for using the mobile banking application, messaging and data rates may apply. Additionally, setting up bill pay in online banking prior to using this feature is necessary.
